HVAC Services in Lewes, DE

Lewes is the oldest town in Delaware, founded in 1631, and its historic downtown has one of the highest concentrations of centuries-old homes anywhere in our service area. Colonial and Victorian-era construction means original brick, plaster, and framing that new ductwork and modern systems have to work around rather than through.

Sitting right at the mouth of the Delaware Bay, Lewes gets real coastal exposure, though the historic Breakwater built in the 1830s takes some of the edge off compared to open-ocean towns further south. Properties along the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal, where much of the town’s charter fishing fleet ties up, deal with an added layer of humidity from the water running straight through town.

Lewes is also home to Alltemp, so it’s the one town on our list we don’t have to drive to. That means faster response times for both routine maintenance and emergency calls here than anywhere else we serve.
