From the first call with Maxine to Nazarii coming to check the air ducts for cleaning, the experience was great. After an initial check by Nazarii, he told us we really did not need the ducts cleaned! He showed us pictures of the ducts too. What an honest person and company!

Dylan took time to explain the options available. Additionally he set up an energy evaluation of my home to ensure that I would be eligible for all efficiency rebates available from the State of Delaware. The team that came to do the installation was neat and took the time to explain how the system works and to answer all of my questions. Two days after the installation a supervisor came to check on the installation for completeness and to answer any follow up questions. Alltemp presented themselves as a first class operation and stood up to the positive references that I had received from my neighbors.
