A Family Business Through and Through.
Alltemp Air was founded in 1994 by Dave and Lee George. For years, it was a two-person operation, with Lee managing the office while Dave ran service. In 2015, we moved into our current location on Route 24 in Lewes, and today Lee and Dave work alongside their children, Haley and Bay, who have helped grow the team into a full-service HVAC company specializing in system design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
As a locally-owned, family-run business, we lead with integrity, treat customers like neighbors, and stand behind every job we do. Our reputation was built here on the shore, and we intend to keep it that way.

From the first call with Maxine to Nazarii coming to check the air ducts for cleaning, the experience was great. After an initial check by Nazarii, he told us we really did not need the ducts cleaned! He showed us pictures of the ducts too. What an honest person and company!
