Do you work on all types of commercial heating and A/C systems?
Our technicians have extensive experience repairing and installing many different types of commercial heating and cooling systems, including rooftop units, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, A/C systems, gas furnaces, and more. We do not service PTAC units or oil furnaces.
How often should I change the filter in my commercial HVAC system?
As a general rule, the filters in your commercial HVAC system should be changed at least once every three months. However, you may need to change your filters more often depending on the type of facility you own.
For example, in high-traffic retail spaces where dust accumulates quickly, or in restaurants where cooking oils enter the air, we recommend checking your filter monthly and changing as needed. A dirty filter can put strain on your heating or cooling system, causing more wear and tear.
How often do you recommend maintenance on my heating and cooling system?
We recommend scheduling preventative maintenance twice per year: once during heating season, and once during A/C season. We offer annual Maintenance Plans to help you budget up front and ensure that a maintenance service is never skipped.
